Acceptance
By using RestockIQ ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The Service
RestockIQ is a forecasting and purchase planning SaaS. We may update the Service from time to time; we won't materially reduce functionality without notice.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account. Enable SSO/MFA for admin accounts. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Fees & payment
Fees are on your order form. Monthly plans are paid monthly; annual plans are paid up-front and non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no sharing access with third parties, no uploading data you don't have rights to, no scraping.
Intellectual property
We own the Service. You own your data. We receive a limited license to your data solely to provide the Service.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care, at minimum as it protects its own.
Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Forecasts are predictions, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Term & termination
Subscriptions run as defined in your order form. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice to cure.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of San Francisco, CA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
