Scope
This policy covers how RestockIQ, Inc. ("RestockIQ", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with our website, products, and services. It doesn't cover data our customers process on their own systems.
Data we collect
- Account data (name, email, company, role)
- Operational data (orders, stock, lead times, ad spend) to generate forecasts
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, error logs)
- Billing data (via Stripe — we never see card numbers)
How we use your data
To provide the Service, improve our product, and meet legal obligations. We do not train cross-customer models on your data.
Retention & deletion
Customer data is retained while the subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of account offboarding. Backups are purged within 60 days.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection, in line with GDPR/CCPA. Email privacy@restockiq.ai.
International transfers
EU customers can elect EU data residency. When EU data is processed in the US, we rely on SCCs and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Children's data
RestockIQ is a B2B tool — not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify customer admins via email 30 days before any material change takes effect.
